StarChefs honoured him with the Rising Star Chef award for his contribution to American cuisine. Gordon Ramsay named him ‘one of the most influential chefs in the world’. Vikas Khanna is the host of popular TV shows like MasterChef India, Junior MasterChef India, Twist of Taste and The Fit Foodie.
