Vikas Khanna, a Michelin star chef, has trained in India in the kitchens of prestigious hotels including the Taj, Leela and ITC Groups of Hotels. A New York-based chef, Vikas’s numerous accolades include Foodie Top 100 Restaurants in America for his own venture, Junoon. StarChefs honoured him with the Rising Star Chef award for his contribution to American cuisine. Gordon Ramsay named him ‘one of the most influential chefs in the world’. Vikas Khanna is the host of popular TV shows like MasterChef India, Junior MasterChef India, Twist of Taste and The Fit Foodie. He has appeared on TV shows like Kitchen Nightmares, Hell’s Kitchen, The Martha Stewart Show and MasterChef Australia. He has written award-winning books—Flavors First won the Benjamin Franklin Award; Khanna Sutra bagged the Gourmand World Cookbook Award, 2013, and Everyone Can Cook won the 2013 Innovation Award for design, from the International Packaging Association, Paris, France.
