Maxwell maltz
Maxwell Maltz (1889–1975) was an American cosmetic surgeon and author who explored the connection between self-image and success. After observing profound changes in his patients’ confidence and behavior following surgery, Maltz became interested in the psychological impact of self-perception. This led to his development of “Psycho-Cybernetics,” a framework blending psychology and goal-setting. His work has influenced fields such as self-help, sports psychology, and business success strategies.
