St.Ignatius of Loyola

St. Ignatius of Loyola (1491–1556) was a Spanish priest and theologian who founded the Society of Jesus (Jesuits). A soldier- turned-mystic, he is known for his spiritual insights and deep commitment to prayer, reflection, and service. His “Spiritual Exercises” remain a cornerstone of Christian spirituality.
