Federica Avanzi

Federica Avanzi was a creative and strategic director at Italian and foreign publishers and broadcasters for 12 years. She is also a digital humanist, teacher, and speaker in digital and social communication, as well as an author and Pilates and yoga instructor. She borrows tools from the world of communications to help teach her students, and techniques from the world of holism to make her communication more caring and coherent. Today she focuses on studying the psychology of yoga as she continues to work as a business partner in the field of sustainable economics and digital innovation. She dreams of living barefoot in the grass in a place where she can create a work studio and retreat.
